Waifu Syndicate is a collectible card app operated by RazR Studios.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is stored, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

Waifu Syndicate is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

The app may use or store the following information:

- App gameplay progress, including collected cards, favorites, achievements, daily rewards, pull history, and related gameplay state.
- App settings, including audio, haptics, performance mode, and display preferences.
- Anonymous technical identifiers created by backend services, such as Supabase anonymous authentication.
- Purchase-related information provided by Apple or purchase validation services, such as whether a purchase was completed or restored.
- Basic technical information needed to load app content, such as device requests for images, card art, and app assets.

We do not intentionally collect names, addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or private messages.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Save and restore gameplay progress.
- Display your card collection and app content.
- Provide daily rewards, achievements, favorites, and collection features.
- Validate purchases and restore owned purchases.
- Improve app stability, performance, and reliability.
- Load card artwork and app assets efficiently.

3. Local Storage

Some app data may be stored locally on your device. This may include settings, collection progress, achievements, rewards, and other gameplay state.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored data unless that data has also been synced through backend services.

4. Backend Services

Waifu Syndicate uses Supabase for backend services such as anonymous authentication, database storage, and app data delivery.

Waifu Syndicate uses Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2 to store and deliver card artwork and app assets.

These services may process technical request information such as IP address, device/network request data, and access logs as part of operating, securing, and delivering the app.

5. Purchases

Waifu Syndicate may offer in-app purchases such as virtual currency, boosts, or other digital items.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Purchase validation may use Apple and/or a purchase management provider to confirm purchases, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.

6. Analytics and Crash Information

Waifu Syndicate may collect limited technical information related to app errors, failed loading events, or critical failures.

This information is used to identify bugs, improve reliability, and protect the app experience. We do not use this information to sell personal data or track users across unrelated apps or websites.

7. Children’s Privacy

Waifu Syndicate is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and remove it if appropriate.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, including backend hosting, content delivery, purchase validation, analytics, crash reporting, and security.

9. Data Retention

We keep app data only as long as needed to operate the app, provide gameplay features, maintain purchases, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

10. Your Choices

You may:

- Adjust audio, haptics, and performance settings inside the app.
- Restore purchases through the app settings.
- Delete the app to remove locally stored data from your device.
- Contact support to request help with account, purchase, or data-related questions.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect app data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
