Common Support Topics

Purchases

If a purchase does not appear immediately, first try using Restore Purchases in the app settings.

If the issue continues, contact support with the approximate purchase time and the item purchased. Do not send payment card information.

Gameplay Progress

Some app progress may be stored locally on your device, and some features may use backend sync. If you delete the app, locally stored progress may be removed unless synced.

Audio and Haptics

Audio, background audio, music volume, SFX volume, mute, haptics, and low performance mode can be adjusted inside the app settings.

Card Art or Loading Issues

If card images load slowly or fail to appear, check your internet connection and restart the app. If the issue continues, contact support.
